Itinerary
Journeying Cooking Class Hoi An through this place, you will see a lot of beautiful places from Hoi An to Cam Thanh Village. It is about 4 km away from the town.
COOKING CLASS HOI AN
7:45 am or 12.30 pm: Your car and guide will pick you up at your hotel or chosen location in Hoi An. If you are in Da Nang, we will pick you up 7:00 am or 12:00 pm.
The tour includes a visit to a local produce market, a boat trip to Coconut forest Hoi An, Duy Hai Fishing village, and also the island of Cam Nam.
After then, you will go into a fun boat ride through the water in the palm village, and a ride in the water buffalo cart that will lead you to the Sabirama Cooking School and Restaurant. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with a shoulder, foot and head massage which will get you relaxed after all the stress you have undergone.
It is during the cooking period that you will experience the real fun. In the menu, you will see 4 local Vietnamese dishes that are included.
- 1. Vietnamese chicken curry
- 2. Rolled wet rice paper with minced pork and vegetables (you will learn how to make the wet rice paper)
- 3. Dessert: sticky rice cake
- 4. Beef noodle soup – pho bo
- 5. Mango salad with shrimp and pork
The recipes can be replaced in case of people that are allergic to some things.
You may then get relaxed and enjoy the expensive delights of your cooking, in the pleasant surroundings of our eating areas.
Notes:
- The morning tours begin at 8:00 am from your hostel and thereafter you will ensure you come back on or before 1:00 pm.
- Then the afternoon tour begins at 1:00 pm and then ensures you come back on or before 6:00 pm.
- For travelers picked-up in Da Nang, returning point will be Hoi An old city
- For travelers picked-up in Hoi An, returning point will be the original pick-up point

Robert was an especially great guide, who did a fantastic job explaining different aspects of the day, while teaching us various bits about language, culture and food. We are a family with 6 children between the ages of 3 and 16, and Robert did a great job making it an awesome experience for every age. The kayaking was a lot of fun, and worked for every age. And the kids (and adults) had a great time in the cave. The private tour worked great for our family, giving us flexibility on schedule (we were running late in the morning), and the route that our boat took was away from the large crowds and never felt very busy. The food was great for lunch - much better than I expected. Shrimp, squid, fish, crab, rice, fruit, spring rolls, etc. It was really a great day, and Robert helped to make everything really nice for our family. I would 100% recommend.
