This 2-day Sapa tour offers an immersive experience in the picturesque Muong Hoa valley. Itinerary:
Night 1: Overnight bus journey from Hanoi to Sapa, departing at 21:30.
Day 1:
– Arrival in Sapa for breakfast
– Trekking to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages (Black H’mong tribe)
– Picnic lunch
– Visit Ta Van village (Dzay people)
– Overnight stay in a 3 or 4-star hotel
Day 2:
– Morning excursion to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages
– Lunch at the hotel
– Departure for Hanoi at 14:00
– Estimated arrival in Hanoi at 21:00

Night 1: Hanoi to Sapa via Overnight Bus
21:30 – Pickup from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel or designated meeting point for Sapa 2-day tour departure.
Overnight journey on sleeper bus.
Day 1: Sapa Trekking Adventure (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Y Linh Ho View From Trekking Path
04:00 – Arrive in Sapa town. Continue resting on bus until 06:30.
06:30 – Transfer from bus stop to hotel for breakfast.
08:00 – Begin trek to Y Linh Ho village. Traverse rice terraces along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai, home of the Black H’mong people. Enjoy panoramic views of Hoang Lien Son mountains.
12:00 – Picnic lunch in Ta Van village.
Afternoon – Explore Ta Van, inhabited by the Tay minority. Visit local homes for cultural insights.
Total trekking distance: Approximately 10km.
16:00 – Return to hotel. Free time to explore Sapa town independently.
Evening – Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2:Â Visit Cat Cat village – Sin Chai village – Hanoi
Day 2: Exploring Cat Cat and Sin Chai Villages, then Returning to Hanoi
Morning: Enjoy breakfast before embarking on a 4 km trek southwest of Sapa to discover the enchanting Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages, home to the Black H’mong people. Take time to admire the breathtaking waterfall and explore the remnants of a French colonial-era hydroelectric power station.
12:00 PM: Return to Sapa for hotel check-out and lunch.
2:00 PM: Bid farewell to Sapa as we commence our journey back to Hanoi. Relish the opportunity to soak in the awe-inspiring scenery of the northwest mountains one last time.
8:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of our adventure. We hope to see you again soon!

Robert was an especially great guide, who did a fantastic job explaining different aspects of the day, while teaching us various bits about language, culture and food. We are a family with 6 children between the ages of 3 and 16, and Robert did a great job making it an awesome experience for every age. The kayaking was a lot of fun, and worked for every age. And the kids (and adults) had a great time in the cave. The private tour worked great for our family, giving us flexibility on schedule (we were running late in the morning), and the route that our boat took was away from the large crowds and never felt very busy. The food was great for lunch - much better than I expected. Shrimp, squid, fish, crab, rice, fruit, spring rolls, etc. It was really a great day, and Robert helped to make everything really nice for our family. I would 100% recommend.
