A deposit of 30% of the tour value per person by credit card is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
We connect with 9Pay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. Processed securely through 9Pay (https://9pay.vn/en), a top payment gateway in Vietnam. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay. Once your tour arrangements are confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link.
We will create an order for each transaction and send you the link to pay. Please carefully check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please read & agree with Terms and Conditions before clicking to pay. You will be redirected to 9Pay Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay Cards.
All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard. 9Pay payment portal also meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Amex.

Q: How do credit card refunds work?
A: Credit card refunds are processed promptly, but the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your credit card company’s billing cycle. Once the refund instructions are issued from our office, the refund may be processed immediately (depending on 9pay.vn and your credit card issuing bank). Refunds will be credited directly to your card account, and you will receive 100% of the refunded amount.
