Highlights of Hanoi Cooking Class
Cooking Class (3 – 3,5 hours with 3 dishes) & bonus 1 Egg Coffee/ Coconut coffee
- 9.00 am or 2.00 pm: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi and drive 10 minutes to a traditional market where you will shop for the ingredients.
- Starting with the market trip, the guide tell you about Vietnamese cuisine, so you can have a clearer overview of Vietnamese food and experience daily life for people here.
- After buying the necessary ingredients for the class you choose in the market, you will go to our class kitchen.
- Get an in-depth glimpse into Vietnamese cuisine during a cookery course with 3 Vietnamese dishes. You will learn how to prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes, typically Bun Cha (grilled pork with noodles and fish sauce), Nem Ran (fried spring rolls), Nom Hoa Chuoi (Green papaya salad).
– Goi Hoa Chuoi (Banana Flower Salad) – a great choice for a snack or appetizer. This dish is using the flower of the banana tree with carrot, green mango, squid, shrimp and peanuts.
– Bun Cha (grilled pork and noodles) – one of the best Hanoi food specialties not to be missed. The dish consists of grilled pork, rice noodles with a plate of fresh Vietnamese herbs, sliced papaya, red chili, garlic and a bowl of dipping sauce
– Nem Ran (fried spring rolls) – the perfect complement to Bun Cha. It is packed with pork, shrimp, vermicelli noodles and veggies. These fried spring rolls are lightly fried for a crispy to melt in the mouth and are to be savored.
- You will also enjoy decorating dishes with vegetables. After that you can enjoy your Vietnamese dishes.
- Finally, you will go back to your hotel in Ha Noi. Finish the tour “Ha Noi Cooking Class”.
