By booking online, signing our booking form, or making a reservation via phone or email, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement applies to you and all accompanying passengers listed in your reservation.

By confirming a booking, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement.

1. Prices & Validity

  • All prices are quoted in USD or VNDand are guaranteed as stated in the official invoice or contract.
  • Prices remain valid only for the services and dates confirmed in writing by Love Vietnam Travel.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made directly with Love Vietnam Travel.
  • A deposit of 30% of the total trip priceis required to secure your booking. Once received, it confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  • The remaining 70% balanceis payable upon arrival in Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In cases where specific services cannot be confirmed, you will be notified immediately and offered alternatives.

3. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
  • The tour price does not include: 8% VAT and a 3% surcharge for payments made by credit card or bank transfer. These charges will either be paid directly by the client or billed by Love Vietnam Travel, depending on the agreement between the client and the company.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by the Customer

Multi-Day Tours

  • More than 30days before arrival: No cancellation charge.
  • 15–29days before departure: 30% of the Deposit
  • 07–14days before departure: 50% of the Deposit
  • 07 days or less before departure / No-show: 100% of the Deposit

One Day Tours

  • 10days before departure: No cancellation charge.
  • 5-9 days before departure: 50% of the Deposit
  • 3–4days before departure: 70% of the Deposit
  • Less than 3 before departure / No-show: 100% of the Deposit

The cancellation time is determined by the date Love Vietnam Travel receives written notice from the customer.

4.2 Cancellation by Love Vietnam Travel

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, wars, epidemics, transport disruptions), Love Vietnam Travel may be forced to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases:

  • Customers will be offered alternative arrangements.
  • If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund of deposits/paymentswill be issued.
  • Love Vietnam Travel is not responsible for incidental expenses incurred by customers (e.g., visas, vaccinations, insurance, or non-refundable flights).

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 10–14 business days.
  • Bank charges and intermediary fees will be borne by the customer.
  • Administrative and banking service charges apply to all confirmed cancellations.
  • Refunds are not applicable for unused services, except in cases where Love Vietnam Travel can resell the canceled service.

6. Insurance

  • Love Vietnam Travel does not provide travel insurance.
  • Customers are required to purchase full travel insurance prior to departure.
  • Customers are responsible for reading and understanding their insurance policy.
  • Love Vietnam Travel may assist as an intermediary between customers’ insurers and service providers if necessary.

7. Additional Notes

  • Personal expenses outside the program (e.g., minibar, damaged hotel property, early check-in/late check-out) are not included.
  • Private tour costs may increase if group size decreases (due to fixed vehicle and guide costs).
  • Customers must confirm the final itinerary before travel.
